Parmvir is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) who is passionate about psychotherapy. He has over ten years of experience in healthcare. He completed a Master’s degree in psychotherapy and has a specialized background in pain management strategies. Born and raised in Montreal, he has spent over ten years helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, combining his knowledge of mental health with a compassionate and holistic approach to care. He believes that every individual is the expert in their own life and that his role is to provide the tools, insights, and support needed for clients to achieve personal growth and overcome obstacles. He values a holistic approach and believes in the quote, “Balance is not something you find; it’s something you create.”

His therapy approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and respect for each person’s unique journey. He specializes in integrating mental, emotional, and physical health, recognizing how deeply these aspects are intertwined. Whether working through chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, grief, addiction or life transitions, Parvmir is committed to helping clients build resilience and emotional balance. He works collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure that each client receives a well-rounded and integrative approach to their well-being.

Strengths-Based Therapy & Solution-Based Therapy: By focusing on a client’s existing strengths and resources, this therapy empowers individuals to build resilience and overcome challenges using their inherent abilities.

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT): This technique addresses the emotional and psychological root causes of chronic pain, retraining the brain’s response to pain and providing relief through emotional processing.

Mindfulness & Emotional Awareness Strategies: These techniques help clients become more aware of their emotional responses, promoting self-regulation and emotional well-being.
