His clinical approach integrates psychiatry, addiction medicine, psychotherapy principles, and recovery-oriented care to promote long-term stability and meaningful recovery.

Dr. Aulakh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Alberta, where he is actively engaged in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows in psychiatry and addiction medicine. He is deeply committed to medical education, mentorship, and early intervention, and is regularly involved in professional development and training initiatives.
