Dr. Avi Aulakh
Dr. Aulakh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Alberta, where he is actively engaged in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows in psychiatry and addiction medicine. He is deeply committed to medical education, mentorship, and early intervention, and is regularly involved in professional development and training initiatives.
Known for his warm, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive approach, Dr. Aulakh works collaboratively with patients, families, primary care providers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that address the biological, psychological, and social dimensions of health.
